ARE REVISIONS INCLUDED?

Up to two rounds of revisions are included in the fee. Any subsequent revisions will be charged accordingly. In the case of web design updates are $35/hr.

DO YOU CHARGE FOR MEETINGS?

Projects are discussed via email or phone.

DO YOU REQUIRE A CONTRACT?

No, but I require a letter of authorization before work is started.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

Most projects require a 50% deposit, with the balance due upon completion. In the case of editing the fees are due up front.

DO YOU CHARGE BY THE HOUR OR THE PROJECT?

In most cases I charge by the project unless otherwise stated or negotiated.

WHAT DOES YOUR FEE INCLUDE?

Consultation & concepting, base project fee, up to two rounds of revisions (except for website design). The fee does not include any out-of-pocket expenses such as travel or expedited delivery fees unless otherwise negotiated.

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND ABOUT THE DIRECTION OF THE PROJECT MIDWAY?

These things happen...however, a revised cost will be issued.

HOW DO YOU DELIVER COPY?

Electronically through email. Any hard copy submissions require an additional fee.

DO I OWN ALL RIGHTS TO THE WORK?

Once full payment is acquired you may do what you like with the created work. ORIGINAL CYN CREATIONS reserves portfolio rights to use as samples.
